We will collaboratively design a tailored plan for your night out.
Brainstorm potential venues, activities, timeframes, and companions that align with your desires. Draft a preliminary plan including timeline, locations, and desired activities. Obtain your feedback to ensure the plan resonates well with you.
Match With Appropriate Support
Assign the most suitable support worker considering compatibility, experience, and expertise. Introduce you to the selected support worker through a meeting or call to establish rapport. Discuss the planned activities with the support worker.
Plan Approval
Present the complete itinerary, including activity details, timings, and the assigned support worker. Address any final concerns or adjustments you might have. Confirm the plan by obtaining your written approval to proceed.
Implementation and Follow up
Coordinate logistics for the night out, ensuring that all bookings and arrangements are in place. The support worker meets with you at the agreed time and location to begin the night out. After the event, conduct a follow-up with you to assess your experience, gather feedback, and discuss any further support for future outings.
